According to a 2024 study by Healthcare Association of Hawaii, Hawaii continues to face a serious shortage of healthcare workers. To meet this growing need and close the gap, the Academy for Healthcare Innovation (AHI) was established, dedicated to educating the future healthcare workforce for a healthier Hawaii.

Nimbus Unlimited partnered with AHI to develop a website to connect people seeking healthcare careers with four new educational programs, designed to build a foundation for a fulfilling healthcare career.

AHI’s programs provide students with certification and work placement support for the following career pathways: 

• Medical Assistant
• Nurse Aide
• Surgical Instrument Processing Technician
• Surgical Technologist

Through the website, users are able to view course descriptions, see the location of class offerings, learn about the admissions, and start the enrollment process.
